There is a guy out there who was arrested and spent 4 years awaiting trial. When in court the JURY asked for the statute that the defendant broke and the prosecutor said he did not know if one existed. Then the JUDGE used GOOGLE to search for a statute and answered NOPE GOOGLE "AINT GOT ONE" ! SAY WHAT !
Yes a man was prosecuted and destroyed by a local PROTECTION RACKET !
After the deliberation and giving this man back his life I decided to learn more about him and what really happened. He had a closing attorney who was a local COUNTY COMMISSIONER and saw his incoming rival as a REAL ESTATE investor buying up the area. The legal eagles whom control all real estate in the area tried to SET HIM UP !
A man whom was helping people a man hey said was a LOUD MOUTHED YANKEE who needed closed down.
The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT turned down the prosecution so these GOOD OLE BOYS ran him through the local protection racket. I GREW UP HERE AND CAN TELL YOU FOR SURE HE WAS
SET UP !
Again this man named XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXZ was a guy who had a northern attitude with a huge heart !
Prejudice in the south ? These people have destroyed a mans life, income, health and well fair.
As we conveined with the verdict of NOT GUILTY the poor
tired withered worn man fell over from a stroke at 37 !
The JUDGE would not allow a PARAMEDIC on the dismissed jury to help and the bailiffs drew there weapons, well grabbed them !
INNOCENT IN THE USA AND THEY WERE TRYING TO KILL AN HONEST MAN !
Oh I mention this because the JUDGE sits on the CIVIL case that sat on the criminal trial !
THIS GUY GOT ROBBED !
So much for ONE COUNTRY UNDER GOD !
