G E has known about a problem with their refrigerator that the technician stated before its over with all units will have to have the power control board replaced. My freezer thawed out causing food waste, a printed circuit card was replaced for free but a service charge of $170.00 had to be paid.
I live in a senior community with 780 homes and 3 homeowners on my street with many more in our developement have already had the board replaced or have gotten rid of refrigerator that was less than 5 years old.
I have talked to customer service with no help, also the next level of supervisor and was told they could not give out any upper management names, only other option was to write a complaint letter but they were not allowed to give me G E address.
