PNC MORTGAGE Complaint

Have been working with my Atty and PNC Mtge re: Loan Mod they have made us Jump thru flaming hoops for over 8-Months. Until they finally denied our mod plan, at which point we went to BK Court to file stop sale on the property and did so successfully. Shortly thereafter they contacted my Atty and promised to give us the Loan Mod and work with us, we held up on filing BK and well

PNC shortly thereafter SOLD our home at auction, on 1/24/11, without notice!!!! We are filing a suit against them and all related parties.

PNC is breaking federal law and should be held accountable thru the Justice System!

They are currently being investigated in Los Angeles in a Class Action Law Suit
