My wife looked for a plumber to repair a easy fix to our toliet. It had shifted from the previous plumber repairs. The previous plumber fixed it with clay and left a hole in the floor. He masked the hole with clay. We finally found a plumber that stated it would be a two day event to repair the toliet. That was Thursday. The plumber stated he would return Friday at 1 pm to make the repairs. Quapaw Plumbing removed our toliet Thursday and would return to make the repairs Friday. We agreed. We waited and he came by left a note at 4pm that he was sorry and would return Monday. Monday that is five days with no toliet in our home with two children. I tried to call the plumber and he would not return my calls. Once he did return my calls it was 7pm Friday night. He stated he had told my wife it was a two day repair. Ummm correct Thursday and Friday. I aksed if he was not going to repair the toliet then why did he remove it as it was working correctly but only needed tile removed and placed on a level surface. If he knew we would be without a toliet for five days then why did he remove it and not wait until Monday and Tuesday to make the repairs. After I stated that he hund up. He has called several times but will not repair the toliet. This is unsanitary and he has left us in a position to where we cannot get any plumber to our home to repair it. Not on a Friday night. I have asked if they would pay for the hotel costs due to us having to possibly move to a hotel. He hung up. I have tried to talk to him calmly but after what he has done and the way we were treated I refuse to speak to him. This company has left our family with no plumbing and a toliet to use. For them to leave a note taped by a sonic sticker on our door saying they were hung up and would be back Monday is just unethical business practice. What did they think we were to be like animals and use the bathroom as an animal. They showed no consideration for my family.
