This letter is the printed version of the call made to Plaza Travel on July 15 2007. Neither party has responded to the telephone calls as of this date as yet.

I am writing to request a refund for overpayment for a same day passport that was actually received 3 days later. On Monday 7/9/07, I went to Plaza Travel with the intact and completed paperwork from the US Post Office and cash to obtain a rush same day passport. The advertised price for a same day passport excluding the post office fees on that day was $160 on the Plaza Travel website dated 7/9/07 http://www.alltravelneeds.com/. I was instead charged $300 cash by Mike. I did not receive the passport that same day, nor the next day 7/10/07 either. I was given the passport on Wed 7/11/07. The advertised fee for a 2 day passport is $110.

$300-110=$190 refund due to me. Please find the receipt for $300 cash for a rush passport dated 7/9/07 signed by Mike, the Plaza Travel website fee schedule for a rush passport dated 7/9/07 and my passport dated 7/11/07.

Thank you very much for your time and attention to help me resolve and refund the overpayment.

application given to Plaza Travel in sealed envelope - when opened post office failed to include correct information - took client 2 days to submit correct information - prices explained to client before application given to Plaza Travel - client accepted new fees

U.S. postal service did not include enough information relating to this client's eligibility for a passport by the time she got the information to Plaza Travel it was 3 days later and she recieved the passport the same day that she finally furnished us with the correct information. Postal service information was in a sealed envelope which we are not authorized to open as only the passport agency can open sealed envelopes for the postal service - We did give same day service when all correct information was submitted
