06/27/2011 my story with the stolen DVD player was already posted before I called PLANET NISSAN Gen. Manager SAM AMER. After posting story called him and left a message for him to call me back and got a call back from him that same day. I explained to him how upset I was in not getting a call back from one of his dept. manager, he said he would address the issue in which I believe he would, because when he received my message, I got information to how I was going to get compensated for the stolen DVD, headset and the movie Tangled that was in the DVD player. Sam also explained to me about how things like this happen and that PLANET NISSAN takes care of its customers. Now I do believe that PLANET NISSAN does take care of its customers, it just so happens that the service manager thought all went well. But it didn't there was one small issue and was taken care of by Gen. Mgr. SAM AMER. I informed SAM that a simple phone call could have prevented other issues such as an upset customer and writing bad review. SAM said he would address the issue with his service manager and have it taken care of. Yesterday I picked up the check from PLANET NISSAN for the DVD player. I told him that his service manager promised me a headset but didn't have one yesterday and would call me back when he gets one. It wasn't an answer I was looking for because I was already a theft victim and now it's at his convenience to give me a headset back. Then again you have SAM AMER the general manager of PLANET NISSAN who in turn is passionate about his job and takes care of what goes on around his dealership. SAM said he would talk to his service manager to why no phone calls and about the head set. THANK YOU, SAM AMER general manager of PLANET NISSAN for taking care of this situation. SAM AMER general manager of PLANET NISSAN gets things done and takes care of his customers.......
