We contacted Pio construction of Buffalo NY last summer to have our driveway concrete poured. The owner of the construction co. came by to give an estimate. He discussed the discount we would be getting due to the fact we busted up the old concrete ourselves. He then gave us a price of $800.00 to come pour the driveway. We have now gone through only 11 months with this "new" driveway and it is already cracked and chipping up. I contacted the owner several times, and was told he would come by and repair the problem. He never showed on three different occasions. I just called again and he now states that i can "take him to court" and he also told me to "kiss his A**". I do not know where to go from here.
