Last august my mom and dad purchased a sleeper sofa from pilgrim furniture. One month later it broke. We called the store and were given the run around then finally in january of this year someone came to look at it. He showed us which wooden piece was broke and informed us he'd be back in three weeks to fix it and with new cushions. It is now mid april and they said they sent the cushions by ups at the beginning of march which we have not received and what would new cushions be without the sofa being fixed. The last straw came today they had told us that the would be here to fix it at 4:30. We called and were told everyone went home for the day. All we want is our sofa fixed
