Blue CASA Communications Complaint

Contract Service with Blue CASA Communications, A False Technical Repair call was made by Virizon Communications, to Change assigned phone number. Blue CASA allowed Verizon to Change Phone numbers and charged my account for a FRAUD Repair Service for two monthe. Also I discovered that Blue CASA Communications was running a "second number" under my account and also being charged by VERIZON for the same service. A complaint was made to the California public Utilities Commission and FCC complaint # 11-C00275160.
