After reviewing my AT&T phone bill I noticed additional charges from a company by the name of ILD Teleservices, Inc. I called AT&T immediately only to be told that anyone can put charges onto your phone bill if you authorize them to do so. After making it very clear to them I did not authorize anyone for any services other than AT&T, I was told I would have to deal with ILD myself. I called the company and was told they are not open for service at this time. I read on the internet that ILD is a scam and many people are being invaded by this company. I refuse to pay these charges and need assistance in getting them off my phone bill and possibly my credit report. AT&T said they can't help me even though they are the one's billing me. I don't understand how any phone company can allow another company to jump on their phone lines and then expect them to charge their customers for services that were not authorized. Please tell me how I can get these services off my phone bill.
