PG&E Complaint

My name is santiago. I live in the central valley in California. I'm with a large group of California residence who are fed up with the jump in their electric & gas bill. My bill used to average no more than $150.00 a month. And I live alone. Nothing has changed and now it's at $381.00 or more. I will be renting out a couple of rooms, but now I'm worried that the bill will go even higher. some of my new friends in the group are even engineers. One of them an electric engineer. We all are tired of this and want to know if something can be done. Thank you
