took home a Mercedes from dealer, never given chance to test drive, pressured because of closing time and we had been there almost 8 hours and salesman was irritated with us and so was anyone else who had to deal with us with him. next day find Mercedes is undriveable by my husband or I. Take it back in to switch for another vehicle, this time we are told they won't sell us anything but a used vehicle, now that they got us signed the night before, next we are told to go pick a used auto or they will send us home in the Mercedes, we are looking and don't like or not sure of what we see or want and are told to pick a vehicle and stick with it and stop changing our minds, in a very rude point making manner with us. We are also told upon meeting first sales man that (his words) he FUCKS OVER people who start to annoy him with a sale by Fucking them on their loans, that , that is where he makes his money. end result. We had to pick a truck that we most likely would not have taken because of being told to stop changing our mind, and make a decision.
They at this point had taken my 2000 dollar check to my bank and cashed it and had my money. Now the truck we have, we have realized that it is either a flood vehicle, been sunk in a lake or thru a hurricane, it has been given a paint job, new tires and wheels and bumpers, and inner wheel well skins to appear newer. It is a Chevy silver ado crew cab, that is suppose to only have 18,000 miles on it. We are now being given the run around and no one seems to ever be at work now to deal with this situation. The pictures I have of this truck inside and out, that we have since seen in the day we have had it are UNREAL, rust, mud, sand washed in water are inside and out of this truck, and there is also a terrible knock under truck when take off or stopping the truck, it loses power on freeway doing freeway speed when trying to pick up speed to change lanes, and there is a medium vibration while driving at all times coming from the entire square area of truck.
I have a very long detailed letter I have typed up on this dealership and the things they said and the language they used, and I have several pictures of this truck to email you.
