Priority Pay Payroll, LLC Complaint

Payroll company did not file and pay to government client payroll taxes - Payroll Service Company

- 50 Harrison St. Suite 210, Hoboken, NJ 07030
Priority Pay Payroll is doing payroll for many companies. They took out payroll tax money from our bank account to pay to Federal and state governments. We found out that they did not file quarterly and yearly payroll tax forms with the governments and did not pay to governments the money that they took out from our company account. We are liable to IRS and State governments for these taxes.

They do not answer to phone calls or emails.

I have the same problem. Priority pay payroll never paid my payroll taxes to the IRS and was taking money out of our business account to do so. IRS bills still remain unpaid. Can't get intouch with anybody there. Huge problem.

I am having the same problem with First Priority Payroll. They debited money from my checking account to pay my payroll taxes to the IRS but they never filed or paid the money. I had to finally pay the bills because the penalties were adding up! Something needs to be done because this is causing a lot of financial hardships for a lot of companies!

yes, they have taken out taxes for 2 quarters and have not paid. I have twice as many penalties. Isn't there anything we can do to hold them liable. All of us need to get together and see if we can hold them accountable. It is theft.
