A long time Panama City Attorney and 14 Judicial Court Mediation Attorney has violated a court order.
This attorney and his client negotiated with the opposing attorney an agreement "JOINT STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL, RELEASE" Both parties were waiving the right to make any claim that they may have had up to that date.
All parties agreed and it was reviewed by a 14 Judicial Circuit Judge and made into a court order.
We have complied 100% with the court order. This other attorney has now sent us a threatening letter regarding taking action against us for a two year old, 100% factual consumer complaint written to rip off report.com. that was written several months before the joint agreement and court order.
