During the last storm that we had about 40 feet of our backyard fence blew over. Our back yard fence is shared with the parking lot of an apartment complex. The Good Neighbor civil law states that fence repair should be split 50/50. Initially, my husband has spoke with the owner of the complex as well as the manager on site and they were both friendly and stated they will repair the fence. It has been almost two months since the fence has fallen down and still the fence is not fixed. The owner hangs up on us when we call and does not return our calls. The manager on site at the apartment complex is no longer helpful and says there is nothing she can do. We have stated we will go to small claims court but they are still not responding and we now need some help. I have a three year old daughter and two older sons who cannot play in our backyard, if I let my daughter outside she will run into the parking lot of the apartment complex which is very busy and very dangerous. Can you help us?
