My mother sent and paid for delivery by ship (2) big boxes 3X4 to El Salvador back in August 2009 with Bony Express in Los Angeles; she was promised they would be delived in a month. Most of her belonging are in there. She was told someone would contact her to go and pick them up. She has been to their office in El Salvador and it is locked and dark inside. It is now April 2010 8 months and still has not received her boxes. She came back in March 2010 to speak with the people here in Los Angeles and they only give her the run around. She has gone back again a second time and still with the same problem her niece who also sent items before her is also with the same problem and while they were there other people came in also to complain. I believe you have a good story to follow up on. Please advertise this in your news station to help get the word out not to have people use this over seas delivery service. Bony Express Corp is a fony business. It aint right!
