Tenant Damage & Court - Court

- sacramento
I am a landlord that provided a clean and excellent condition home to tenants that destroyed the home. I took the measures to receive damages far beyond the deposit. They lost the case and owed the landlord $3500.00 BUT THEY APPEALED and the 2nd judge stated the landlord owed them $400.00-landlord filed a notice for re-hearing-as a citizens rights for cause that all facts were not presented or allowed by 2nd judge. it was denied without cause. The system should have to say why???? I met with several other owners(landlords) --same thing happened to them.

The tenants and judges have too many rights--without justification. we provide a safe, clean, habitable home and are not treated fairly. we, the people, need this to stop. please help us?

Oh yes, I know this story well....the home was not only clean..it came with new carpets, new appliances and nice furniture. They seemed so nice...oh sure...there was dog poop and pee all over the house..soaked new carpets that looked 30yrs old now...They took our nice furniture..possession of it gave them legal rights to take it, says officer ??? ..yet they did leave lots of garbage plus all the pee fill carpets, and now a not so nice flooring we had to rip up...nasty, nasty, nasty...so to get rid of all this debris...we also had to rent a large dumpster ...it goes on and on...this is just a condensed version...but we lost thousands of dollars...and almost lost everything we have..and of course we turned out to be the bad guys...cause we are so rich...to have a home to rent....we must be...no support from the police, courts or anyone....
