Osnaya Construction - Scam Artist and thieves.

- 11 St. Margaret's Blvd. Middle Island, NY 11953
The contractor above was hired to renovate a house and install a fence around another for an agreement price of $15,000.00. He got paid $ 10,000.00 in 2installments and as soon as he got paid the the second $5,000.00 he abandoned the job and never came back. He now exposed the house to the mercy of the weather and never did the fence! All efforts to get him back has failed. He has now disconnected his cell phone services temporarily and his wife also, now disown him. Amazing! This wife was the one who called to advocate for the second installment!

This must be one of the scams being pulled by this couple for some time and consumers should watch out!!

I have contacted consumer affairs and hopefully this will be resolved and people like these can be pulled off the streets and hurled off to jail where they belong.

I went into contract with Osnaya Construction and I lost about $35,000. Luis Osnaya was supposed to build an extension on my house and renovate the existent structure for a total of $70,000 (labor only). He just did demolition in my house and he disappeared collecting half of the money after I was forced to stop payments since the work was not progressing. I registered a complaint with the consumer affairs department of Suffolk County and I will follow with legal action shortly against them and the web site Service Magic which was advertising them as licensed contractors and supposedly had checked their credentials. Stay away from these people. They present themselves as licensed contractors even though they are not. On the contract I signed with them they gave me a # which I later fount out it was fake. Helen Tores that appears to be the secretary and owners wife is part of the scam as well. I also fount out from some of his workers he brought to work on my house that they are also looking for him because he never paid them.

This guy, took his 2 daugthers away from their mother for a weekend visit, and never came back with them, please if you know were these people are or have an idea of their whereabout, give us a call, the mother is suffering for her kids and she has the legal custody of them. Our number is 1-917-349-4593 or 1-718-295-3688. Please, lets help this mother be reunited with her 6 years old twins, named Luisa Maria and Luisa Fernanda. Thank you and God bless all you.

We found this guy crossing the Canadian border with the twins, now we need your help to bring him back to the country and put him in jail for a reasonable time, we need to join efforts to do this and recover the girls. Thank you for your help,
