This product doesn't have the same ingredients in it as it did a year ago. The product makes one edgy and uneasy sleep. When you first order the product, you are only charged $2 but, unless you cancell, you will be charged $52.90 every month and a bottle of Nite Trim will be shipped every month. The second month, I decided to cancel and I cancelled before the product was shipped. But a few days later, the product was shipped and my acct was charged $52.90. I called Organic Network and spoke w/a supervisor who verified that I had called to cancel prior to shipment and he apologized and advised I call to get a return authorization number when I recieve the product and when I return the product I would receive a full refund. A few weeks went by and Organic Network rec'd the returned product but they sent me an email stating I would be refunded $34.97. I called and I spoke w/Carrie who said I was being charged a restocking fee and that there was no record of my calling Ryan, the supervisor and he never made a note of my calling and he saying he would refund the entire amount to me. Noone never even mentioned a restocking fee or anything. Then she told me that when I called to cancell I was supposed to call seven days prior. Noone never told me this either. This is scam.
