Saw the Ad, buy one for $10.99 get free shipping. Called to order one only, and it took me 45 minutes, never did get to talk to a real person, recording just took me round and round and wanted me to upgrade my order to more. I finally hung up thnking I had ordered one only. A few days later received my order, they sent me 4, and only two of the baskets. Then they charged me $75.94 cents, I have called to return, they told me to log onto their Web and they would send me a return label and credit me when they received the products back. In the mean time, I am out all that money. I am -------ed. I hope someone can do something about this. What a ripoff. Very unhappy with this shipping company. Get a clue people, put someone on the phone that speaks English........
