I purchased books and magazines on line...With different companies.....All my information was sent to a company called "pay pal" it has been over 30 days....When I call pay pal, and expressed to them that my merchandise hadn't been delivered.....I was told that they only handle the billing....I expressed that they were the only contact I had....That they had taken the money from my account....He again expressed that he had nothing to do with that....I ask could I please get the money sent back to my account....I was disconnected and couldn't get the number back....Im new to on-line shopping.....But this company has taken at least 80. Of my money...I'm not sure what I can do ....Or if there is anything I can do....Can you help me
