My story starts with a dream of owning my own business I am an auto mechanic with 25 years experience looking for a shop when I was shown a shop by remax of pueblo co that I liked and was introduced to the owner,shortly there after we sat down with remax and came up with numbers that seemed out of my reach and that is when the owner pulled me aside and told me that that payment was to high to make it at that location and if I could come up with down he would carry the rest.Having trouble getting finance for down I went to the owner who sent me to his cousin he said at modern concepts financial and that is where my troubles started and now two years later I have lost two pieces of property and recently had my vehicle repossessed and at time of repossession I received a letter from my county trustee that a payment was sent to americredit financial for adequate protection.
After contacting americredit financial and telling gina @ext43139 that I had a document stating adequate protection she still told me to get my vehicle back I would have to pay the vehicle off
