I ordered 5 bags from this website I saw and ad for on US weekly magazine. It all started in February after the order was processed online I was sent an email saying the bags were on backorder, fine I said then I was sent and email they will ship middle of March, never happened then middle of April, that also never happened then I was emailed that it ship the week of 5/2/2011 never happened. So when I emailed them about nit sending out the item and wanting a refund they told me the order was cancelled and I was gonna get a refund it's now 5/25/2011 and I still don't have the bags or my $200 please help me with this problem
