I just received an e-mail with a collection statement fom the suposely IRS.gov office stating that I have received Tax Payer overpayment on Tax refund for the Tax period ending Dec,31, 2010 when I haven't got the opportunity of filling out my 2010 taxes form yet. they are asking me to return $380.00 dollars on overtax return payment that had never happened. this is FRAUD and NOTHING but FRAUD agency comitting SCAM to the consumers.
I'm including the fraud statement as proof of my complaint to the people and agency whom it may concern.
