The target. Com web site showed free shipping when you spend 50 dollars. So you select your items then it asks you to enter your credit card information and after this it shows the total billing adding the shipping charges which is more than 50 dollars. Once seeing the charges on the web site it shows an area to cancel the item. If you try to cancel it says you can't because they are preparing these items for shipment and the order cannot be canceled or changed. It shows information for returning the item so they charge you with the shipping and handling charges.
Any way to stop this from continuing.
