Olshan Foundation Solutions Complaint

Olshan was hired to repair a sloping floor. Not only did they not repair the sloping floor but I now have huge gaps and slits in my sheetrock. Olshan has refused to correct this problem they created. The manager also refuses to acknowledge my rebuttal sent to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) so they closed my case. I want to warn other consumers about this company, their unreliability and disregard for the customer.

I also feel the BBB has a conflict of interest since this company is a member and despite my very valid complaint, they are still showing Olshan with an A Rating.
