I work as a server for 2 yrs,it was a job I really enjoy.One day I was pushed and called a bitch by a manager who know say that she was only playing. I didn't like it. So when I complain I was fried. I am 45 and she has to be in her early 30s. I had never had a write are a complained from a guess I was voted Team Member of the month,I never had a problem until I file a complaint.You say go to the E.E.O.C. You have poeple beleveing that there is help for you when you feel that wrong was done to you.Because if I had push or call that white women a bitch I would have been fried. I believe the system is only fair to people with money.Someone like myself with no income now,very little schooling can be treated any kind of way.
After filing with the E.E.O.C I was made out to be nothing but a trouble maker,out of the blue I was being accuse of stealing, mistreating guess mistreating team member all because I thought I was doing the right I guess now I should have knotted the shit out of my manager maybe I would still have a job.
