Ace Quick Lube Complaint

I had an oil change performed at this location resultig in a damaged engine due to negligence on the employees part. they failed to put the oil plug back into the oil pan and after the service was completed I drove of not knowing causing the engine to have problems from no oil. I contacted the owner and he is not willing to make any attempt to have my vehicle repaired. This is a new vehicle with 4,000 miles
