On May 4, 2011 I received an email from Nuance offering a pre-order upgrade to v18 for $99 with free Office Printing Essentials and PaperPort 12. I did receive my OmniPage Pro 18 download but have not yet received the Office Printing Essentials and PaperPort 12. I am awaiting the download links so I may download the remainder of the software I purchased. I have had to file complaints with PayPal, California Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Action and the Federal Trade Commission. I'm afraid I'm going to have to go the media outlets and present them with the clearly stated promotional advertising in the email and Nuance's fraudulent advertising and deceptive practices since you have failed to provide me with the purchased software.
