11/3/09 called about hairline scratches
11/9/09 person from Baers buffed scratches
11/14/09 called Decorator about additional scratches after buffing
12/1/09 called salesman about scratches
12/8/09 rest of furniture delivered & Salesman sees scratches and smudges on table
1/6/10 called Decorator and will check about table
1/10/10 Reliable will call back with appt
2/1/10 Person from reliable shows up unexpected (no prior call)
Took pictures of table scratches & smudge
Would not give copy of his report
Connected me with woman at corporate who would call store at 10am and call back
2/5/10 Left message for Owner to call back
He called back yawning on phone and will give at $100.00 or replace with table in store
2/15/10 Salesman meeting with Owner recommending reselect or get new one
2/25/10 called Owner who was Quite nasty - have to come in and look at table on floor before sending out
2/25/10 I have medical episode possible TIA and unable to drive to store on Sat
3/1/10 Called Salesman & explained I was not well on Sat and would be in tomorrow
3/2//10 met Salesman at store and he said “thought you were going to be here Sat” (doesn’t he remember previous day phone call? Agreed table on floor not satifactory and will get Samir to call me and resolve the problem
3/18/10 NO CALL BACK from owner, salesman, decorator, corporate

9/24/09 50% deposit paid
12/8/09 Ottoman delivered and balance paid
12/15/09 Person sat on ottoman and almost slid off (one week later)
1/6/10 Decorator will address the issue
1/19/10 Baers will call reliable and set up appt
2/1/10 Reliable Representative just shows up
Takes picture of ottoman and measures difference
Says “not meant to be sat on and I should fluff cushion”
Woman from corporate will call store & call me back
3/18/10 still no call back
2/5/10 Ownwer says ottoman meets specifications and will do nothing!
2/18/10 another decorator said not enough filling and impossible to “fluff” an attached cushion.
2/25/10 Owner nasty on phone “told you I would do NOTHING” and gave me Sherrill phone #
woman at Sherrill said she would send someone out to look at ottoman
2/25/10 I have medical episode possible TIA
3/18/10 Still NO RETURN CALLS from Baer’s corporate or Sherrill furniture
