Hi, my name is Elizabeth. It all started with a dream...On August 2007, my boyfriend and I wanted to buy a condo at Sedgwick Ave in the Bronx. We gave 30,000.00 contract downpayment. Due to an increase of 10% from the Bank of America I had to apply for an FHA loan. After months of waiting for a closing date, I was told that the condominium building was not FHA approval.
We waited four months and at the end the bank gave us a DISAPPROVAL loan letter.
My lawyer has sent numerous letters to Jackson Develpoment demanding our money. Two months later, and they have not release the money.
I am very concern and worry that my money is at risk. I hope and pray that this nightmare is over soon. I am certain that with your help I can get them to give me what is legally mine. Thank you!
