Direct Tv Complaint

This is first experience with direct TV, the bill is for 80.97 Cents. I called and they don't have a record of the rebate for 24.00. The representative said the amount of the monthly bill would would be 50.99 Cents, but the amount is 56.99. Not happy as a first time customer. Too many different amounts to deal with.
