I called Best Buy in Amhurst on July 17th to get a computer fixed. I wanted to know some information first. I waited on the phone for almost two hours just to get hung up on. The same thing happened in December when I wanted to by someth else from there. It resulted in me calling consumer relations and dealing with the problem. The onlything different between then and now is back in December they took care of the problem for me by saying they will talk to the people at the store. Now they tell me there is nothing they can really do for me. I don't want to here we will talk to the people at the store anymore because that doesn't seem to work. I am a paying customer and I do not feel like I should be hung up on.
