North Point Toyota Complaint

North Point Toyota changes amount on contract and rushes 19 after closing time t - 2002 Eclipse

- North Little Rock
My 19 year old son bought his first car from Robert Paul Jacobson the online sales guy. The car was 5,500 dollars he tells him I can get a deal; you can get it for less than 5,000. Total cost finance and all will only be 6,500 dollars. It was past closing time they rushed him through the paperwork. Told him this is everything we promised just sign these papers and the car is yours. He believed Robert. Papers just came in the total cost of the car 10.866.00 for a 2003 Eclipse, with a 112,000 miles. My son also asked about the check engine light that was on, Robert Paul Jacobson told him it was broken that the mechanics had checked it out. Another lie, the car was never checked out. It has a bad cadalic converter. When I spoke with Kyle Fuhrman in customer relations I was informed all trade-ins are not checked out just resold. Wow! I also told Mr. Fuhrman I was going to report him to the Attorney General he said go ahead all those reports end up on his desk. And don't think that the sales manager Mike Fleeman is there to help either, I contacted him and was told there was nothing he could do either. My son bought the car on August 13th 2011 it is sitting in the shop at the moment receiving over 300.00 worth of repairs. he also was told the paper tags would come in the mail, they never came even after repeated calls. He has not even had the car month.
