Debt Talk Complaint

Debt Talk is a Debt consolidation Company. They have been taking money out my wife's checking since 3-31-10 until now which is 10-25-11 the total amount that I paid in to the account is $7,771.00 on a 8,000.00 credit debt. As of yet no settlement on this account has been made. The creditor's that held this account still attached my wife check after paying for 19 months. Debt Talk took most of the money for them self first instead of paying off the debt, Now I still owe 4,000.00 on a 8,000.00 Debt.

The reason I used them in the first place is to keep from getting my wife's check attached. I'm a senior citizen on a fix income. I guess the next step is the California Attorney General Office, to get relief fo this Scam.
