I ordered one pair of Stompeez for my son for Christmas on November 26, 2011. I kept checking my order status online, and it showed "pending." If the shoes were on backorder, they should have notified consumers of such when they were ordered, but mine never showed them being on backorder. I called three different times between then and Christmas, including the week OF Christmas, and was assured that I would receive them by Christmas. Well, it's now December 27th, and no Stompeez, and my order is STILL showing as pending in the computer. It's so frustrating, because each time I call, I hold for well over 30 minutes each time, only to be told the same thing. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. Liars is what they are. I have never been so disappointed.
