we purchased a all in one computer from hhgreg in melbourne, fl. at the time of purchase we also paid $199.00 for a 3 yr computer psp (warranty). since sept,7 when we 1st contacted them hhgreg+warrantech we have gotten nothing but a runaround. the warranty co. gave us a number 2 call for repairs only to be told they haven't done work for hhgreg in years. no one wants too be responsible or assisist in solving the problem other than pass it off too someone else. something needs too be done to stop hhgreg, as well as warrantech from being allowed to sell these policies in the state of Florida, since my experience with them is that its a rip-off where they take the money take their shares and wash there hands of the matter. makes me wonder how many people have had the same experience and just given up trying to get anything done after hitting a brick wall from local store-corporate offices and warranty provider(provider I use loosely) since they don't provide anything but aggravation.
