Panda Kithcen and Bath Complaint

They missed measures. I had to prepay, they had to give me smaller cabinets which I agreed, but I wanted a refund for the smaller cabinets 4 in total. They said it would be $75.
difference I agreed. It has been almost 3 months of me constant calling and I still do not have a refund. I contacted everyone in the Company Manager's and Owner and I still do not have my refund. I live in a Senior Community and I feel I am being taken advantage of!
