I always get up early in the morning and make my wife coffee 1 st then myself a cup of tea as I do not drink coffee. We have purchased over the past couple of years a small 2-4 cup farberware coffee pot. Three coffee pots over the past three years. Now I am on the fourth pot. The problem is they seem to crap out after a few months of use. They will not perk and the coffee does not stay hot. I went on- line and this seems to be an on going problem that quite a lot of people are having. Farberware is difficult to get in touch with as they redirect you to different companies when trying to contact them on- line. I recently got in touch with them ( after doing some detective investigating on my own) and they are sending me a new coffee pot. Consumers, unless they can fiqure out how to get in touch with Farberware are having a difficult time locating the company who manufactures these defective coffee pots. Farberware used to be a reliable company with whom you usually had no problems. Now it seems after you make a purchase they could care less about a quality product and reliable service. Consumers need to know about this problem... If you can't have your coffee 1 st thing in the morning it's going to be a bad day...lol
