PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!! HELP!! PLEASE.
I own a condo in La Habra. my daughter and her family live in it. they do no not have hot water in the shower!!
this problem has been going on for 6 months! Since last November.
Lordon management co. handles the maintance on the property. I have had their plumber look at my shower. they replaced the diverter valve. but that didn't fix it. I have been told several thing were fixed. and looked at. but we still have no hot water, in the shower. some times it luke warm sometimes it's freezing. but never hot!!.. they/we have one hot water heater for the whole building. these condo's were converted from apartment buildings. they claim, the boiler/water heater is 6 years old. please help us get it repaired!! we don't know what to do???? the property address that has no hot water is 1200 lambert road "25 La Habra ca. 900631 the maintenance co. is Lordon management co. 1275 center court dr. covina, ca 91724
