Our health insurance is with Health Net but the provider group is Hemet Community Medical Group. Our contract says that there is a limit to how much we pay out of pocket each year. Our limit is $1,000.00. Because of my husbands health problems we have reached that limit this year. After we reach that limit we will not have to pay any out of pocket costs for the rest of the year. I have asked them for a statement to prove that we have reached that limit and they insist that they don't have that information. I have contacted Health Net and Health Net has also contacted Hemet but even they could not get an answer. We are facing many more medical expenses this year and need to get this resolved as soon as possible. It seems inpossible in this day of computers they can't give me an accounting.
