Villa bonita apartments Complaint

No heat for families....smh... - Heat

The apartments still has not turned the heat on...haven't had heat since last winter. Its cold.. Electricity is not all bills paid...it is commercial....we are freezing and getting sick....when it was hot the air went out in all the units..took them 2 wks to fix.
