The Grove at Lyndon Complaint

I ahve been almost two weeks-two weekends, heating/air conditioning unit died. They couldn't replace it that Thursday night. So that Friday I was given an 8 inch by 10 inch space heater-one for my apartment. That Monday a new unit was installed, but it would belt out hot air for a while then cold air-when it thought that the apartment was warm it would go to cold air. But it never shut off, it turns out that it does this because it is not temperture controlled unit-it is not made for general housing! So I still have a space heater, if I turn this on, it will run nonstop. So I have no heat all night or while I am at work. And to let it just run, will cause a huge electric bill. Please help, no heat.
