Walgreens Complaint

My mother went inside Walgreens and purchased 2 packs of cigarrets that cost $20 for my grandfather. They ended up being the wrong ones he smokes, so with receipt in hand went back to either return or exchange my purchase and found out they give NO money back or give exchanges! SO NOW I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABD TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE AND GO TO CVS!!
