Unfortunatly unfair business practaces go on all the time at Uship.com. The latest incident refers to their penalty system of flagging to warn you of a policy violaton. Three red flags and your account is suspended for thirty days. Recently Uship gave a company a second red flag for policy violation but the violation is no where in the terms and conditions. Imagine that? the violation was for stating in the comment box on the bid page that payment through uship was not accepted by the transporter COD only. An example of the unfair treatment is you can list transporter does not accept checks, or monery orders, and you will not be flagged but if you say you do not accept uship payment your in trouble. Does that seem fair? Does that seem biase?
