NO Air, NO Help! - Air Conditioning

I am a member of Americian Home Shield Home Warranty. I notified American Home Shield and they put me in contact with an AC repair company called ARS. We first spoke with the company (ARS) On June 11, 2010. The company has made many promises to come out and repair the AC. It is now 2 weeks later, and the company actually has the part, but only allows one of their technicians to work on customers cases who have American Home Shield. In my opinion this situation is considered an emergency when we are experiencing 100+ degree weather. It actually took the company 2 weeks to even place a window unit in my home, which currently does not even work. The company actually made an appointment to come out to the home on Wednesday June 23rd to replace the compressor, but had to reschedule for Friday between 10-2. On Friday, the company called and verified they would install the compressor between the times noted, however 2 o'clock came and went and no tech showed up. I had to call the company around 2:45 for them to tell me they weren't coming. Now they are telling me that a technician will not be able to come out to fix the AC until July 1st, nearly three weeks from the initial compliant.
