Nielsen Buick of Portage Indiana Complaint

A finance manager at nielsen buick over charged consumer in the aquisition of a lease vehicle on 02/18/06. customer was charged $12,000 intial upfront money to lease a sabaru tribeca, that normaly lease for 299 a month with an intial $3000 not only did the finance manager screw the consumer but he screwed me as while by only paying me a commission of $200 clearly, this did not reflect the true profit on this deal. When I confronted the GM his response was who's going to belive you.
