Long story. Nextel has really given me the run around. I have a phone that drops calls, tried another phone which is my sons phone. It did the same thing. I have contacted Nextel many times, lately I've been told that I will receive another phone with better service and hrs. Found out that these people weren't Nextel. Of course I thought they were helping w/my problem and I gave them information,passwords, ect. When I contacted Nextel they couldn't help me as to if that call and # was there people. I called fraud line after getting dropped on that call. Nextel service did the same thing I was so upset cause I needed prompt attention in case I was going to have a problem with whom ever called me from so called nextel ???? Many calls to nextel threw the last 6 months and they haven't done a thing to help me. I have paid all my bills and I've bought the insurance, etc I have been promised another phone and I never received it...I'm so frustrated and I know its the service, not the phone. Seems to me they would honor their products, services?? I really feel ripped off, many of my friends have nextel and hate the service, we are in a popular area. I shouldn't have these problems??? Sure other service providers (Cingular) picks up well.
