I have a new viking stove wich I bought on November 26th. About the end of April beging of March. The egnighters in the OVEN stoped working. I call ABC Sales&Services. They set up a time for there Tecknision to come out. When he came here he check the OVEN and said it was the egnighteres were BAD. I ask what could make that happen. He told me it could hapen when the power goes out..I ask him would that hapen every time the power went out. He said it is possible. That concerns me it could coast me 4 to 5 hundred dollors if it goes after the warenty is up. So I asked there sales person why not replaces the STOVE with a new Viking. He told me that would not sove the problem. The stoves are know to have a problem and that Vicking is very slow on sending parts. Because this happens all the time with Viking Ranges
