There is a new Nigerian Scam going on that is proving to be very effective. People are looking for a place to live that's nice and inexpensive. Their dream residence all comes true, falsely, on various listings like Craig's list and houses for rent ads. Here is one my daughter saw and almost sent the money. It advertises a beautiful home and
includes utilities! If only it were real. Here's the info:

"WORLDWIDE to the address you sent to us and the tracking number will be sent to you so that you can possibly occupy our house, Please once again, we are giving you this on trust and do not disappoint us and I promise you that, you will love the house. So we are with the below document here with us. you will need to provide to us with your secure payment to proceed forward because this house won't last long, if you don't act fast..
Here are the contents of the document.
1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2)Paper/Permanent house form
3)The house documentary file.
